How Do You Add Scripts To Your Website?

I’m using Joomla to as my site editor, and Host Gator as my hosting.
On Hostgator, there’s a program called Fantistico De Luxe that has you install hundreds of different scripts: live help, message boards, blogs, shopping carts, .etc.
How do I input the actual scripts into my website?

You need to install them manually, one by one. (they’re NOT YET installed to your website even if Fantastico is installed)
On fantastico, choose among one of the many programs included on the left panel, after which click the “New Installation” link on the right panel.
