4. (besides taking classes) Is there someone that can teach you how to use a program to make a website???

Ok, so I’m only 13, but I would like to start learning to create website, because I’m really interested in that area of work. I know basic HTML, and I know about freewebs.com and stuff like that but I have some questions:
1. How do you make a website, what are the steps?
2. What is joomla?
3. What programs do I need?
4. Is there free verisons of these programs?
5. what is a CMS?
6. Also what is a server?
Please put this in the simplest words you know possible.

I know this is going to smart for some of you Html and CMS heads, but I was looking for some program that is similar to Pagebuilder. It can be on a different host, or a different program, but it has to be similar where I can move things around and add a couple of scripts.
If you remark that I should learn HTML, or Joomla, or give me a tutorial, you’re going to be marked down. 10 points is up for grabs.

i need a program kinda like dreamweaver in design mode i only need it to host on my schools intranet i am in the process of learning php and mysql so i cant usee stuff like joomla yet thanks

I am trying to make a website for my wedding invitation business. I have discovered joomla and am trying to find a shopping cart solution that is free that provides the ability to add the invitations to the cart the go through the process of customizing them for the individual.
Is there a program available to do this? It doesnt even have to be compatable with joomla though it would be nice.

I basically looking for some help when coding my templates. Is there a program or website that helps beginners?
Also if anyone knows how to code a layout to joomla, Help would be great.. !

im looking to design a couple of websites starting right now. I m doing this for the experience. I have made sites with html and css. I have fooled around with joomla and could possibly implement that. I dont know php or javascript but might be able to implement simple stuff that require this kind of programming.

I downloaded the zip folder, unziped it and got all this files and folders with it. how do i install the program itself? thanks.
