i need a program kinda like dreamweaver in design mode i only need it to host on my schools intranet i am in the process of learning php and mysql so i cant usee stuff like joomla yet thanks

im looking to design a couple of websites starting right now. I m doing this for the experience. I have made sites with html and css. I have fooled around with joomla and could possibly implement that. I dont know php or javascript but might be able to implement simple stuff that require this kind of programming.

We have a website up and running, however I am going to be taking a course soon on website development… and I am going to start using Joomla, I think… Rather than posting the experimental site on our main server (which google and other search engines crawl), can I have some odd free url for the sole purpose of testing, that I can post the site to??? It does not have to be www.yoursite.com… It just needs to work.

I am new to the CMS (content management system). my programmer has given me one from Joomla. But I am not very clear as to how to operate this.
Learned friends may kindly enlighten me on this point. if some free material is available on the net to read and study then kindly send me a link.
