I understand not all of these are free, online, or expensive. But are there any that really go the extra mile or stand out? Feel free to suggest a program that isn’t in the above list.

I am looking for a *fairly* basic CMS to use for my website. I am fluent in HTML and CSS, but only a beginner at server-side programming languages. Therefore, I’m not looking for anything overly complicated.
My requirements are:
*Must be easy to create a template for – (I have a lot of HTML / CSS designs that I would just like to make a couple of edits too to make compatible)
*Must be free or open-source
*Must have a built-in upload function (mostly for article images)
*Must have the ability to update top and side navigation bars easily.
Of course, CMS solutions like Joomla! and Drupal can do all of this, but they are too bloated for what I need, and my client is not tech-savvy at all. I need something *fairly* easy to set up, and very easy for the end-user. Any suggestions would be looked into, and appreciated!

The question comes to my mind, I have been working my job for one-year now. My boss is kind of a grinder, a super nice guy, but he is “tight”. I haven’t recieved a raise, but due to company expansion my bonus’ have been increasingly better. I am in my first year of law school, 20 year old female, I am proficient in all microsoft programs, the internet, building a joomla website, I have an equivalency of an associates, I type 90+ wpm, I can copy-write, I have excellent phone and customer service skills and deadline project manage.
I make 12.50 p/hr and around $400 monthly bonus
so it ends up being {2} paychecks of $831 and then one check of $400. so it comes out to $2062. When looking online I can see job openings making $20.00 p/hr that I am qualified for, s I have been working in the business/customer service field for 2.5 years, and have a lot of experience with my parents businesses.. What do you think, am I under-paid?
Also, I am a good worker, on-time, stay after need be.

I’m still in high school but I know I’m to try to major in Computer Sciences but it hits me: I have just about no knowledge in programming whatsoever.
The first thing I want to know about is using Java to create a program code. If anything, the Java is what I need the most b/c I figure I can pick up the source code and everything between there as I learn the Java.
Next I wanted to ask if anybody could provide a good tutorial for new Joomla! users. I’m interested in starting up my own business in the future and want to be prepared when the time comes for me to have to set up my own website, intranet, or anything else for the business.
If anyone could just list a few sources that they know of for one (or both) of the subjects, I’d be extremely grateful.
Thanks in advance!
