What Program/language Should I Use To Build This Website.

I’m looking to make a google mashup site. A site that can capture user info. Basically i want the user to be able to tag a specific spot and enter around 8-10 different pieces of info, a image or video. Then displaying all this info in a google mashup. This of cause needs to be searchable and filterable. Is something like this possible with a program like Drupal or Joomla. I don’t really know coding so i’m looking for something manageable.
Any advice will be greatly appreciated

Where Can I Make $100 To Customize Some Website This Week. I Know Php, Javascript, Html Etc…?
I am seriously distraught by the the fact that I can charge as low as possible and yet I can’t get a serious web development gig.
Content update, joomla, php-nuke wordpress templates customizations, Ajax, Mysql you name it, I’ll do it in no time, yet I can’t find where the real customers are.

Joomla! Does Any One Know A Way Of Implementing This Using The Joomla Web Program?

What i want to be able to do is have the bubble shape put in (with or without the photo) then be able to enter text over it (the text must be able to be indexed by Google so not just in the gif/ jpeg image)

I Got An Acct W/ Dreamhost Ive Never Done This Before I Want To Know My Best Options Are For Development ?
I know they have a “getting started” page but it sucks and all i get are more questions from it. I have Ubuntu and Firefox. so far ive installed “Bluefish” (html editor) FTP from firefox. I think this will work okay right ? maybe i could just use a website builder just to get the site up quickly. if i use templates would I have complete SEO control ? My only exp. is using a free website builder from brinkster and i need to figure the best possible way i can create a interactive site with a “Build your own” cowboy rhinestone shirts. so there would be a top a bottom, the “cut” which joins them and special extras like flashy embellishments, rhinestone designs etc..the person can choose from different fabrics and then see what it will look like all together. Would i be best to use flash for this ? where should i get something like that ? how advanced is it to do a site with this capability ? how should i do it ? Flash ? javascript ? What about Joomla ? could this help me in any real way ?
